Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that you may have questions before joining our programmes. Below, we’ve compiled the most common questions from students and parents. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.
Can I join the Guarantee A Programme if I am not currently an EDEWAY student?
Yes. The Guarantee A Programme is open to all eligible students, regardless of their current tuition arrangements. Admission is subject to meeting the programme’s entry requirements, including the diagnostic assessment.
Is there an entry requirement for the Guarantee A Programme?
What if I am not eligible for the Guarantee A Programme?
These regular classes follow the same high standards of teaching, structured curriculum, and exam focused methodology. The only difference is that the refund guarantee does not apply to the regular programme.
This ensures that all students can benefit from our expertise and quality of instruction, regardless of programme eligibility.
What happens if I miss a session?
If a session is missed, a make up lesson may be arranged where feasible. However, if the make up lesson is also missed, the session will be considered forfeited and no further make up will be provided. The Guarantee A Programme is designed for students who are committed to disciplined and consistent preparation throughout the examination year. It is not intended as a short term or casual programme.
That said, a trial class is available to help students and parents understand our teaching approach and expectations before committing to the programme. Participation in a trial class does not affect eligibility for the Guarantee A Programme.
